   Proposal Description:
   We would like to run a GWAS analysis of subjects in the ADC1 and ADC2 cohorts     (whose GWAS data we have applied for and received through NIAGADs). We are        implementing a new GWAS model that utilizes non-additive approaches, and will     be testing it using covariates such as age at onset and APOE status. We hope to   find novel genes that implicate important pathways in AD pathogenesis.
